Thank you all for everyone who's reached out in this crazy time. It has been very difficult emotionally, and yet the resilience, grit, self-sacrifice and positive attitude that Ukrainians have demonstrated are incredible and truly inspiring.
For those wondering how to help, here are three simple ways:
1. Writing letters to the troops.
The Ukrainian Congress Committee of America is collecting pictures of letters to send to the Ukrainian troops on the front lines. Because actual mail delivery is probably near impossible at this point, they are collecting pictures of letters and sending them over electronically.
2. Political action - Reach out directly to your Senators and Representatives, and ask for assistance to Ukraine.

3. Donations
The national office of Plast Ukrainian Scouting of the USA - has set up a fund for humanitarian-based aid: http://www.plastusa.org
No matter where you come from, culture and heritage are woven directly into your identity. It greatly influences, whether directly or indirectly, who you are, and helps connect you to your ancestry and history.
